One common theme I’ve observed is how surprised people are when they start working with a coach. How It Works
- Initial Session: We will begin with a one hour call to evaluate your current situation and set ONE clear and specific goal for the month.
- Set Start Date: We will then set an official start date for the 30-day coaching shortly after we complete the initial session.
- Mini-Sessions: The heart of the program is the 12 mini-sessions, each lasting 15 minutes. You can be flexible with how you use these sessions, choosing the days that work best and the focus areas for each session.
- Email Support: I will also provide 30 days of email support, essential for following up on tips and advice and providing ongoing support.
- Final Follow-Up: I will send a final follow-up email after the coaching is completed, summarizing our main findings and giving advice to stick with in the future.
